All products offered by our company are shipment-ready at the time of order.

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.




The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Read the care label carefully

* Wash according to the instructions on the label

* Hand washing is always best, but some yarn is safe to machine wash

* Hang to dry


Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Washed other than in cold water

* Machine dried

* Using harsh laundry detergents or stain removers

* Avoid excessive friction which can cause fibers to felt

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

* We frequently offer free shipping discounts with a coupon code.



Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of order. Once shipped, an email is sent to the customer with tracking information. Orders shipped through our standard option generally arrive within another 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. Orders shipped through our Express option generally arrive within 1-2 business after shipment. Mickey and Marie is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or weather.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned in their original state.



Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.


Sale items

Sale items will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price, including any discounts or coupons that had been applied.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mickeyandmarie.com and send your item to:

The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
